Maltese Pastizzi

2 kg plan flour

1-1/2 tsp slat

cold water

margine 500gms

pork fat 2 tb sp

mix the dry ingredients together then roll pastry very thin like paper,put butter alroung the pastry let it rest for 1 or2 mins then strech the pastry then put the pork fat on top too, then trun the pastry around and a round like a sauage shape then turn it like a snail shape cover with a lot of flour, put it in a plastic bag let it rest in fridge for 1 hour.

filling 2 onion fryed lightly add curry,1 or 2 tins tomatoes 1 can corn beef, a little tabasco sauce,inchovies if you like? 1 kg pea's cook this until it goes thick, let it cool then fill them in pastry put on baking tray with baking paper and cook for 1 hour for 200c or until golden brown.
